Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., underwear, swimwear).
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items marked as "final sale."

Please note: Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or neglect are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at  info@lumiease.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
  4. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided in the return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • Domestic Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. LumiNest is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • International Returns: For international returns, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item once the return is processed. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@lumiease.com with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@lumiease.com.
